Our founder's RingCentral line billed $57.69 a month at roughly one percent utilisation. Every number on this page is a reaction to that invoice.

Spend controls
An AI minute costs real money in speech recognition, model inference and speech synthesis. We'd rather show you that honestly and let you control it than bundle “unlimited” and quietly throttle you.
Allowances are pooled across your whole account, not locked per seat — a three-person Pro team shares 1,500 AI minutes. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are billed at cost and itemised.
Questions
Yes — on every tier, at every location on Pro. It is the product, not the upsell. RingCentral and Dialpad gate comparable capability behind their most expensive tiers; we lead with it. What is metered is AI minutes, not access: every plan includes a working allowance and heavy users top up at published rates. An AI minute costs real money in speech recognition, model inference and speech synthesis — we would rather meter it honestly than sell “unlimited” and quietly throttle you.
Yes, and you should — it's on your signage, your cards and your van. We port it for you with zero downtime. Porting typically completes in 5–10 business days and we handle the carrier back-and-forth.
It's the US carrier registration required before a business can send text messages from a 10-digit number. It causes more small-business drop-off than any other onboarding step. You sign one form; we file everything else.
Nothing dramatic. You see live usage in the console and we alert you at 50%, 80% and 100%. Add a prepaid pack at a lower unit rate, or let it meter at the pay-as-you-go rate. There is no penalty tier, no automatic plan upgrade and no reclassification — your seat price never changes because you used the product. You can also set a hard spend cap, and at the cap AI answering falls back to voicemail rather than continuing to bill you.
No. Never, under any tier. Your conversation data is tenant-isolated and is not used to train any model — ours or a vendor's. It is written into the contract, not just the marketing page.
That's exactly what Workspace is for. Separate numbers, brands, service menus and AI configuration per entity, with one contract and consolidated billing.
Month-to-month on Core and Pro. No termination fee, and you can port your number out whenever you like — we'll help you do it.
A new number is provisioned in under two minutes. If you're porting, you run on a temporary number while the port completes, and we cut over for you.
Fourteen days, the full Pro feature set, no card. If Ada doesn't book you business in the first week, don't buy it.
